We make most of our items to order and whilst some can be posted within 3 days of purchase others may take up to 7 days or more during busy periods. Please check the individual item listing for details. *Note that if you'd like something urgently please get in touch BEFORE you place your order, so we can check its achievable and arrange a shipping upgrade if need be.

Domestic orders within the UK are sent using Royal Mail’s First Class Signed For service and will require a signature upon delivery. If you aren't at home you will receive a card which will allow you to arrange a redelivery or collect locally.

International orders are sent using Royal Mail’s ‘International Tracked & Signed’ Service. With the dispatch email I will include the tracking number so you can follow your parcel's progress to you.

Please keep in mind if you select this option at checkout it does NOT mean that your order will arrive the following day - I still need the processing time as detailed in the listing to make your item/s. If there is a particular day you'd like to receive your parcel please get in touch for a chat and we'll do our best to help.

Wooden and acrylic accessories are by nature delicate and should be treated with care. Please avoid your Tiny Scenic items coming into contact with perfume, lotions or hairspray, etc, and never wear them in bed or in water. To keep the silver-plated chain/brooch back sparkly for as long as possible, always store your items in a box - or better still - a small air-tight bag.

Tiny Scenic jewellery is not intended for use by children. Please keep your purchases out of reach of small children to avoid any risk of choking on small parts.
